i've seen this film two or three times, but this is the first time i "got" the ending. (perhaps i was watching an edited version, or i only saw four of the five parts.) telly (who has been hiv positive for over a year, though he doesn't know it) deflowers jenny a year before the film begins, infecting her with the virus. telly passes on the virus to the underage darcy when he rapes her (statutory rape). then casper rapes jenny while she is in a drugged-out stupor, passing on the virus to her.

@mrbreh33 actually, we don't know that he contracts the aids virus from raping jenny. we just assume that he does. it makes sense that he would within the context of the film, though. telly gets the virus from an unnamed young woman. he passes it on to jenny, then later gives it to jenny's friend darcy. finally, his friend casper gets it by having his way with jenny. so the film is sort of like a remake of "la ronde," except with the aids virus being transmitted.
