i put in horadric cube venom ward breast plate(unique armor),tal rune sael rune ,perfect diamond and instead to upgrade to a duriel's shell cuiras(exceptional unique armor) upraded to combination of this two items:venom ward cuiras

I feel ridiculous answering this...

but if you upgrade a "unique" version of (normal) armor, it only raises the "armor" portion of it to "cuirass" (exceptional), and does not change the "unique" stat-modifiers at all. Therefore, what you did there will happen, every time. The only way to get "Duriel's Shell" (and its stat-modifiers) is to find THAT specific item.

D2 went in the wrong direction by moving away from the dark medieval horror of the first one toward a fantasy setting. What they should have done was to keep the feel of the first game while expanding its scope to include castles and other towns. Also they should have refrained from introducing any fantasy elements which do not belong in the grim world of Diablo. Keep it simple and effective. Instead they got swayed by the trends of the time and forgot what made diablo such a great game.

This add has a very Diablo 1 feel to it. The lack of humour really makes a difference. Back in D1 everything was gothic, dark, slow, and scary. Diablo 2 being mostly above ground lacked that creepy feeling to it, like the way you felt when you exited the dungeons level 4 and entered the catacombs, to see it go from gothic prison like to crumbling corridors. This ad has that great scary aspect to it but without giving anything away.

To evreyone who wants a challenge I made it up,you have to start a character no druid or necromancer because of the minions. You have to start at level 1 and go to the Den of Evil and cleanse it,you can not pick up health potions,mana,weapons,armour exect armour 3 defense and under,e.t.c.,you can only use the stuff given to you.Gold is your score,no killing enemys outside of the Den of Evil unless they hit you (example) *A zombie is coming towards you,you can't just kill it unless it hurts you*

I'm more interested to know how Diablo still exists. I'm thinking they're going to explain it as the soulstones only contained the essence of Diablo and his brothers, and that they still exist in a physical form.... or turned into a physical form when the soulstones wer destroyed.
