I'm pretty sure that it was just lead carbonate formed ultimately in the reaction. When you added the sodium bicarbonate solution to the lead nitrate solution, I saw a gas be evolved which i'm guessing to be carbon dioxide. The formation of CO2 tells me that the reaction initially formed lead bicarbonate but much of it decomposed in to CO2 and lead carbonate. Also i love milk and chemistry and this video increased my love for them both. I don't like lead poisoning much though so i wont drink it.
Why does milk precipitate at pH4 without carbohydrates and does not precipitate at the same pH with carbohydrates?

@milkiorange double displacement and decomposition actually.

You didn't mention that it was the lead bicarbonate that precipitated. ;)
An amusing movie indeed!

Thanks! :D
Lead bicarbonate is the same as Lead Hydrogen Carbonate.
Just like Sodium bicarbonate (Baking soda / natron) and Sodium Hydrogen Carbonate (Baking soda / natron)

Det er jo ganske morsomt at to blanke løsninger blir til en hvit løsning som ligner veldig på melk, en fin tryllekunst^^

Hehe, nice done^^ It was good that you had reaction in the film, and it was funny with the sentence "No cows where injured during recording" :P
Hehe, yes, i love milk :P Thanks for dedicating it to me^^ Good job^^
