  • @atoothforatooth Why so aggressive?

  • @greendodgy I just got back from a party, had a few drinks, and made some thoughtless remarks. I was quite rude to inanme and apologize for my remarks. I erased the rude comment I wrote by mistake; it appeared twice on my screen, and wish I hadn't done that as it violates all that I believe the Internet is about.

  • @atoothforatooth i truly appreciate your effort. But this does not need to be imperfect just because you are doing this for free. This can be both very educational and flawless. Thank you very much.

  • just try to hold the camera still please..... how can this be so difficult?

  • just try to hold the camera still please.....

  • just try to hold the camera still please.....

  • Thanks. I'm glad that my video was of help to your student.

  • i never say wanna go to the store? I hate people who say "dident" (the whole hip hop generation),

I don't use slang, unless I am joking around. also you have to consider your social status, and what part of the U.S. you come from.

all in all, it is a good video to teach conversational English, because once you master this way of speaking ,the speaker can move to the next level of standard English. I use it for my student. you are doing a good job, i think this video helped my student.

  • Glad I could help!

  • perhaps ('dyou eat?') might be a more acceptable way of shortening (did you eat?)-- at least this has some hope of being written as it sounds, although the "you" part of it is very short and hardly audible. otherwise, your videos are hilarious, fun, and top notch. please consider my suggestion because I think it could possibly make your lessons even better. good job!

  • Thanks for your input. I'm glad that you enjoyed this video. While I do disagree with you about the acceptable way of shortening 'Did you eat?' in the grand scheme of things it really isn't all that important since this is a pronunciation class afterall. I know about the audible part, I really need to make captions for this one. Sigh.

  • Wow. I think that is the best compliment I've ever had. I'm humbly flattered that I have been of great service to you. I appreicate your comments. Good luck in your future efforts.

  • Ive been (on my own initiative) vigorously, passionately and conscientiously trying to improve on my verbal communication skill. In my pursuit to speak, imitate and mimic a native speaker... all these months i had downloaded countless esl video tutorials and for hours on end i would listenand apply it as much as i can in a country where English is not a first language. This is the stuff Im looking for.."linking" and speaking naturally with ease....THANK YOU AND MORE POWER TO YOU,,

  • Sorry to have wasted your time. :(

Perhaps you can make a better video :) !

  • u could have taught this techniques in 2 minutes instead of 8

  • My pleasure.

  • The most spontaneous teacher I've ever seen! Nice videos! Straight-forward and Easy-to-inderstand instructions!! Thanks!!

  • Thanks. I hope you've seen many teachers in your life!

  • thanks!!

  • Thankyou for the lesson, and I watched it twice to get everything with. It was a little bit too fast in the second caption.

  • Sorry about the speed.

  • I really appreciate your time and effort to help English language learners. I had a difficult time following your notes and pronunciation. You went a little too fast for me.

  • I'll make some captions asap. Sorry about that.

  • You're welcome!

  • I love your videos, thanks

  • thank you but you went over whad he, whad she ect.. too fast

  • Sorry about that. I need to make captions for this video.

  • My students have laughed a lot with this class, because of they make this kind of mistakes too

and I always tell them not to speak like that . Now they understand that native speakers do not speak in that way.

  • Good, good. I'm glad my video has reinforced your lessons!

  • Exactly!
