Another way is to pile up all the explosives on the map, get some more and set them to respawn in 10seconds. Then drive the elephant over them, dont worry they probably wont explode. Next get someone to shoot the explosives with a heavy weapon it will mostly do a backflip, go flying or do a stall forever.
