Then just merch, and get maxed combat skills, and stake at the duel arena.

I staked 5m, then once I had 500m I started staking 20m.

Once you get about 2b and you don't wanna max out your money, buy rares.

Maybe merch those rares and buy another copy of the same rare (I did that with AGS')
