Why didn't you just leave? The Government would have eventually found you........To mail you your welfare checks! There were dozens of buses being used to evacuate people.....So sad Tyrone the thug wasn't on one of them. A hurricane doesn't care what color you are. It is sad about grandma.

God killed many more things than babies, thousands of people died and homes and ways of life were destroyed but everyone at least could have comfort in the knowledge that it was for a purpose that we may never know but was for reasons greater than us
this song holds a special place in my heart since the loss of my father. i have always been a huge fan of ray boltz though. anyway, i seen this video and it was put together beautifully. thank you. i live in lower st.bernard parish, and we were devistated by katrina too. thank you all for the support, prayers, volunteers... i see god's hands at work through you!! my daddy would be proud if he would have made it back home. he passed shortly after the storm.
thank you, cottenboystw! for putting others b4 yourself. you have a spot reserved for you in heaven. my brother-in-law lost his house in bay at. louis, his 2 sons slso lost their homes. one in bay st. louis, the other one is a gulfport police officer. my nephew in lakeview[N.O.]also lost his home.i still have a hard time believing the extent of the storm, even though i witnessed a lot of the damage first hand. i hope god has blessed you in your recovery from the storm.

I had breakfast in that Waffle House on Sunday the week before the storm and shopped in the Wal-Mart afterwards. I hadn't seen any pictures of that area and hadn't been back as I am from New Orleans and had my own issues to deal with. There's always a new story, new picture and another person whom I meet from time to time. I do remind myself from time to time and we must all remember what happend there.
Thanks so Much I Live In Gulfport in a small town called Lizana and I went through the Storm it hit onmy dad's B-day and My HighSchool Band Did not get to have a full marching seaion that year .... the front Door Fram came in off the door and came close in hiting my brother I did not want to stay in the house after that happend I wanted to go stay at a shelter but we made it through
Man i remeber just watching this on TV, thinking it was going to be a normal hurricane i went to bed. Woke up turned on the tv and found out it was going to be a monster. I was amazed
It was cool, but what was with the torture of Christ? Is it a reminder that He knows what ya'll have been through? Other than that,I still have a hard time grasping the impact of the storm. Thank you.
