I would be curious to see what a sober Steven King could do. If "The Dark Tower" ever makes it off the albatross runway it's supposed to have both TV and movie components. Since the project is already in its death throes anyway between the production team and awful casting (*shudders at the thought of Javier Bardem as Roland*), a dried out Steven King could be given an episode or two. Who knows, maybe he might be able to resurrect this turkey.

I remember watching this when I was just a little kid.My mom always let me watch horror movies no matter how much blood and gore was in them. I can't begin to describe the nightmares it led to but was totally worth it.
