I have a question for anyone who is part of the sundance festival, how can I get my film into the sundance film festival. I want to try and get my film out in the market and I think sundace is my only chance. If someone can help me out, that would be great.

You need to attend the Sundance film festival, And get the full package deal such as VIP pass,may run you $700 for all days, then attend a few parties with the directors, and you will get spotted by someone, and then once you are give them your info!!

I've worked up there, have been for many years been invited to many of the parties, however they can be boring they just pass out their business cards haha...

@QuietGiantProduction Oh wow. I have a lot of friends who are filmmakers and it is very hard. Sundance has pretty much become Hollywood. It would be very difficult if you don't have a big budget and connections. If you don't have either of those I would stick to smaller festivals. Good luck with your projects.

How can you feel sorry for the celebrities, it part of being famous having people bombard you with cameras and questions, if they can't handle it then they shouldn't go to public festivals or even be famous.

They think its the celebs, but these paparazzis can be assholes.  Yelling at you, making rude comments, calling you names and stuff. The paparazzi are the assholes. If you dont strike a pose, then they HATE you. They cant sell your photo to the highest bidder if you dont give them something to shoot. I am a paparazzi and JT is cool as HELL. This was just one of those days for him or something b/c I took pictures and he was real cool about it, but I never yell at people or bombard them.

wow people are morons i would hate being a celebrity... they have so many forced expectations on them and god forbid they dont feel like talking to annoying people... society itself creates this fake "superhuman" portrayal of celebrities and then when normal people like Justin can't live up to this predisposed image, he is ridiculed and labeled "rude" or "snobby" by the very people who helped to create this image... It's amazing how ignorant people have become...

hes not stuck up or rude...i would act the same way...especially after their cameras being in my face since i was a teen....hes just used to it and he doesnt care cuz HIS FAME doesnt come from the paps or the tabloids....his fame comes from his music and projects. :) so why would he have to show them love? i sure as hell wouldnt.
