Guys, I have two ways for you to get the Slime Shroom!! First one and easy to understand: Get 150 Shop Points. Second way: Go to that little Hotel or B&B or whatever. There, you get a STAR breakfast. When you wake up, flip to 3D and Bada-Bing!! A Slime Shroom awaits you on the table! :D

This item was super helpful! I got one and started doing the Flopside Pit of 100 Trials. (SECOND TIME [YOU NEED TO DO THIS TWICE BEFORE BOSS] SECOND TIME) I was on somewhere around the 90's and I got stuck. I was on top of a pipe and the big dragon thing that always pulls his neck up after you see him was killing me. I had 2 HP left and used that. And guess what I finally got out at 20 HP and finished the 99th trial. Then I fought the boss at 8 HP. One hit=Insteant death. I MADE IT.

Also good is Emergency Rations. They only heal 10 health, but in the two Pits of 100 Trials, they heal 50. And unlike Ultra Shroom Shakes, they are very cheap. Just buy a "Fire Burst" and "Shroom Shake" and cook them together for an Emergency Ration.

You can hit the whappa or whatever the mole is called in World 6 and cook the bumps you get from it

@Quackoid the amount of HP it restores is different. If you don't cook them, they can heal 30 HP, but if you cook it, the amount of HP it heals goes down to 5. So it really isn't worth it to cook them.

You just need two power steaks and an ultra shroom shake. Give one of your power steaks to the cook in Flipside to get a hamburger. Then, give her the shroom shake to make a shroom steak. Then, go to flopside and follow the rest of the directions in this video.

@gixer750ws If you don't have much HP then maybe an Emergency Ration would be better for going to the one of the Pits of 100 Trials. They are cheap to make and heal 50HP, but only in the Pits. I forgot how to make them exactly, though, but if I had to guess I would say that fire-based attack item + Shroom Shake.
