He hated Christianity 3. He hated America. All of these fall under the direct elements of radical Islam.

You talk about integration but islam shows no tolerance for other religions (and yes thats in the Koran) just need to look at Saudi where no foreigners are allowed except on pilgrimage. Fact is the majority of muslims I've talked to and tried to get to know feel its their obligation to convert me, your just as bad as born again Christians.
