  • Too much dorisflexation in that running form.

  • HEEL STRIKE!

  • @1ofmeful i love how people watch these videos just to say that

  • @DerpFro I don't understand what they mean by "Heel Strike", I've watched this video several times, and as far as I can see, he lands (a little bit flat-footed, but mostly) on his forefoot/midfoot - which is a good natural running form,

and as for the "Too much dorsiflexion" comment - he has good dorsiflexion on the stride recovery, coaches ask for this kind of thing.

  • @1ofmeful watch carefully - he doesn't actually heel strike. There are so flaws in his form (ie supinates too much with his right foot). You guys realize that this athlete did run a 2:16 marathon at the 2010 Boston Marathon (16th place overall) a couple months after this video was shot.

  • @1ofmeful A 2:16 marathoner AND Olympic Trials qualifier and all you can worry about is a heel strike? Seriously chill out

  • socks=fail

  • @cfalberg Go race him and see how your lack of socks match up to his ridiculous speed.

  • @cfalberg Your shoes must smell like ass.

  • if ur serious about going green, the biggest impact u can make on the planet and the earthlings on it are in changing your diet to a sustainable plant based one consisting of fruits and vegetables. am going to buy these shoes tomorrow :)

  • @trevfrank or just go barefoot plus a fruititarin diet

  • you have a good stride

  • Im racing in these at the moment and highly rate em. Feel faster than NIke Lunaracer and more green karma too. :)
