ok im gonna say this much and i have proof of research to back me up. no matter how much you try to make your "ride" jdm, its never gonna be a legit and true jdm honda. you can try to customize it as much as you want but you will ALWAYS have an american spec model unless you somehow know somebody at dmv and you got hooked up to bypass all the things you have to have checked in order to be legal and be able to get it registered in the U.S. its nearly impossible to do.

JDM isnt just japanese domestic market, its comprised of how the car was put together from the ground up, that each part had hands on it first. exterior mods arent rice, though if you dont know what your doing like alot of people it comes out wrong. if the car is clean and there is alot of love under the hood, like for instance a SR20DET twin turbo with a S15 6spd and a OS Giken close ratio gear set id say it isnt rice, but thats my opinion
