Would be nice if they continued to push further to do more with the Front Mission series. Seems like the furrious o faces over the Final Fantasy series is drying up. I'm sure I'll get a bunch of toung in cheek faces for saying it, but I find diversafying the series like with Front Mission Evolution a possative step forward even if it's not perfect.

I'm all for more steps further and building upon what could be utterly amazing and a new era of up front command, in the action, mech games.

@ratking04 yeah too bad it was badly made...FM4 is nothing compared to FM5. They fixed up everything, from weapons to links handling. Not to mention that they added a seemingly minor, but i thought it made everything flow smoothly, is the fact that you can choose both move and attack orders at the same turn, so you dont have to see the movement and attack animation separately, instead you see it as an FMV fluid motion in on single stroke. Nothing is more satisfying as to see a mech get pummeled!

Square Enix rlly sucks for not localizing this. Ditto for not releaseing FM4 in Europe (wow...just.....wow). Square Enix is turning the FM series into a joke outside of Japan. It's depressing that Front Mission is so low on their list of priorities.

Got my reserve a week ago nearly finished the O.C.U. side plan to do the U.S.N. side next, hopefully if by the time final fantasy IV DS receives its U.S. release this one should also have a Release date (cause by next year Final Fantasy XIII should have come out and then they can focues on other things)

The best FM so far...the ending nearly made me cried.A nice story about 3 friends.And this is the only FM having a wanzer wielding a sword used by those japanese ninjas.

sorry suko, this awesom teaser is just that... a teaser. There'll never be an english version of FM5, due to very poor FM4 sales in both the US and Europe, in addition to the heavy amount of spoken dialouge, text, and sad reviews in western mags and sites. E3 has come and gone, and FM5 wasn't an announced title, so either learn japanese and get a modded PS2... or not.

that's a big possibility, but there's still this chance that it'll released, since most squaresoft/square-enix games released in japan circa year 2000 are also localized. some of us demand a localization of namco's tales of the abyss from namco's forums, and they budged by announcing its holiday release... why not this one then, eh? heheh

man.....I wish FM5 came out in the US. It reminds me of Ace Combat 4(the game play) and then Ac5 because of the cut scenes.

.... and yeah, FM4 was realy a let down. they would have only been sucessful if PS1 had almost as good enough graphics as ps2.

I hope that this one gets better then 4 in the history aspect, because, at FM4, even if the graphics and battle were perfectly well done, the history, had some major flaws...... AND it only had 24 missions! (Not counting the simulator, of course)

The video was great, too bad tha that does't count, because FM4 video's were also great, and the game was not that good =P
