i have a queston, i was just reading the rules for applying, it clearly says that you must be 21 at the time of the application submittle, I know i heard Daniel tell dick no one knew she was only 20 and that she couldn't leagally drink until her next birthday that occured during the show. so whats up with that?

Well, if it's in the rules that they post for the entire US to apply by, then they need to change the restrictions as it is clearly stated that you must be 21 years of age at the time the app. is submitted. It's an issue with me in that, how many people didn't apply because they weren't quite 21 yet? It's unfair, wrong, and cheating for them to favor the D family. Obviously, they both knew they each other was going to be there, it's false advertising, for lack of a better term. BB is Bogus!

It is what it is -- the evidence is clear he cheated, why would he have the BLUE ball in his hand and then it wind up in Jameka's tube? He is a cheater and as abuser.

If you notice, looking closely, 1 fame at a time, at 2:54, you see Dick and Dani's hand close together, and Dani's got a green ball in her hand, and it sure looks like Dick has just put it there. Almost immediately afterward, at 3:00, Jameka says "Wo put that blue ball in there?" (parts are indistinct, but that's what I hear). However, I agree that the point is moot.

I hate to say it (because I agree that ED is a bastard), but no matter if he cheated or not, Zach got all 8 of his in first. If Jam had put it in by accident, whoops. If she'd put in a green one, Zach would've still won first. And if ED had put it in there, then that means she'd have been one ball behind.

While I think there's a chance he cheated (after all, he's cheated with the letter thing), it doesn't really matter. Zach still won.

Daniele also says "What the hell was that?" because Eric shoved her aside so that he could get a ball. It's hard to see in this clip, but if you watch the show again, it's pretty clear that she's pissed because he pushed her.

After the competition, he looks at his chain, says there's a piece missing, and asks "Rich" (a BB guy), if everything will still be out in the backyard, so that they can find the piece of necklace that went missing.

AT 2:32 DICK IS HOLDING A BLUE BALL and just before it he was behind Jamkia's tube! It was no coincidence that that the blue ball ended up in the tube. Dick put it there because he saw that Jamika was in the lead at the time.

At 2:59, yes, Dick was in the area of Jameka's tube. But come on, the camera was RIGHT ON HIM. He'd have to throw it from the position he was in to get it in the tube, and that's pretty doubtful. The blue ball in his hand may have been a mistake...you're going to be grabbing for everything. When stuff is falling down like that and everyone is moving fast, it's hard to differentiate similar colors. I also did not see the ball in his hand when Dani said "WHAT THE HELL WAS THAT?"

if Dick was going to try to eliminate ANYONE from the veto he would have eliminate Erc{ya know?the person he and Daniele had plans to send home???} it didnt matter who was up there, so if Jameka had won an used the veto, Dick would have replaced her with Zach ad Daniele still would have stuck with the original plan and sent Eric home. Maybe Dick picked up a blue ball realized it wasnt green and put it down. i DOUBT he tried to DQ Jameka.

I have watched the dvr over and over and it is definetely his necklace, they are in the kitchen after the contest and he is holding up the necklace and says there is a piece missing and asks if everything is still out there. There are way too many dick haters out there.
