Pretty much any semi auto can be bumpfired. Only problem you may encunter is that the M2 is inertia operated so it may not cycle every round properly. There are tons of instructions on how to bumpfire even on youtube

It is not illegal to bump fire, just looked down upon by most local law enforcement agencies. Bump firing is not modifying the weapon in any fashion to achieve the results, thus not illegal.

I shot about 50 slugs through mine and it crapped up the gas chamber and started to fail to feed. I guess lead slugs are not good in gas operated weapons.

Well I opened up the gas block and there was a ring of lead caked to the sides impeding the pistons ability to move. Not the piston but the thing that pushes the piston(Valve?), I forgot what it is called. I got a steel brush and got most of it off.

I know how to do it. All you have to do is take an oxyacetylene torch, melt off the little catch inside and then, you heat everything else especially the springs so that they turn red hot and harden so that your parts don't wear as fast since it wasn't designed to take full auto "abuse". XD Mine workd great after this mod.

Actually Ak's are 5.56 mm( most are) That does not even come close to the recoil of a slug in a 12 gauge. You are good 38supercomp.

Huh? Only the newer AK 101s and 102s are 5.56, and those aren't even "real" AK's, they're export variants. Most come in either 7.62x39 or 5.45x39
