In the 2007 solo race I ended up finishing 8 minutes inside the cut off time, so unfortunately missed out on setting a new record. In 2008 I went faster and did break the record as did Mark Patterson who actually set a new British record of 9 days 17 hours.
I went back again last year and did 10 days 20 hours so I still need focus on increasing my sped!
