Look at how black people behaved during the Haiti earthquake. They blockaded the roads, raped and murdered, and SHOT at helicopters delivering food – then look at how the Japanese came together and helped each other after their recent disaster. In the absence of law they were still civil. I’m not going to pretend that there’s no difference between the races anymore. We need to get the CHIMP out.
