This was released shortly after SE announced they would be giving every job new adjustments.

Considering that 'adjustment' normally meant 'nerf', we decided to think up possible nerfs that could come from the promised update.

So no, they were never the updates that SE announced, just us making fun of the word 'adjustment'~
