  • @Ampelfreund I hate the modern LED Xmas trees!!

  • excusme but what is the name of the song i like it

  • @vigilantedoberman09 "Highway Patrol" by Junior Brown

  • I noticed allot of the new police car's sirens are not nearly as loud as they used to be half the time you don't know the coming anymore unless their right on your back bumper and no it not because cars are better insulated now i can tell the difference when I'm outside the car or walking around town.

  • i want a 1976 Pontiac le mans police car like buffort t. justice had in smokey and the bandit one

  • some of these remind me of the toy ones i had as a kid . i had a tinplate ford skyliner . it had a friction motor inside it , when you zoomed it across the carpet the lights flashed and the siren worked .

  • At 0:31 Loved those old Beantown Police cars I have several books on Police vehicles dating back to the 1800s to current PM me if interested I will sell them CHEAP. I also have specialty Police vehicle books and old gear if anyone is interested.

  • Pretty cool video. Saw a mid-70s Dodge, but no '74 or '75 Plymouth Furies, which were really common as State Police/Highway Patrol cars then.

  • well you can't beat that! Though these are vintage glad to see Chevy is going to be back in the drivers seat.

  • The Texas DPS Taurus and 1980's "Baby" LTD were actually rather rare, very, very few ever in service?

  • man there must have been a whole lot of dirtbags dragged around with all those old cars.I bet they still smell like bacon and donuts.Alot of hookers banged in the backseats too.Cops really are the biggest criminal element, real organized crime.

  • @deadworm2 Your a dirtbag

  • @Drivermatic I received an e-mail about a post on this site. I do not know how, but the comments from deadworm2 are not mine. I have never been on this site, "old Police Cars", until now. I am a professional firefighter and have relatives and friends that are cops. We work well together in my town.

    Keep well, Drivematic

  • @Drivermatic I see that whoever made the comment using my identity also made a dumb comment on another YouTube site. Probably from the firehouse computer when I went on a run. Sorry that they disturbed you, Drivematic.

  • @deadworm2 Shut up.

  • kinda lame... I was expecting some research and stats on the cars, not just pics... guess your not really a car guy..

  • Awsome video. Gotta love all those old time cruisers.

  • @cmcharlesmillar Nice :D

These cars , are simply , beautiful.... They , in my opinion , should still be used for city patrols and showing out :D ... Slow driving.... <3
