AGAIN and for the nth time and despite flooding the airwaves with empty promises by Villarroyo, NOYNOY and MAR dominate the survey. Villarroyo failed to fool the Filipinos who refuse to be "bought" with money bled from ordinary Filipino folks and public funds (C5).
