It's not Sarah Mclaughlin, the voice is from 'Silence Of An Angel' a bootleg of the Paul Van Dyk track. The 12" featured a 'Silence' acappella on the b-side from some unknown session singer, it has blighted many a good remix of 'Silence' from people who fail to notice the difference. Shame on the remixers who continue to use these awful vocals.
