Not a lot differences between VF3TB and VF4 Sarah's Command List except for Flamingo. The same problem with Low Kick - must be done from crouch. Down/back+Kick for Low Kick from standing (lost after VF2) returns in Evolution. In VF3TB and VF4 down/back+Kick gets Dragon Cannon Smash.

I like Sarah's tipple kicks combinations (lost after VF4):

- down/forward+Kick, Kick, Kick (known from VF1)

- down/forward+Kick, Kick, forward+Kick (debut in VF3)

- down/forward+Kick, Kick, back+Kick (debut in VF3)

VF 4 came out in 2001 at the arcades and 2002 for PS2, so yeah, it's 10 years old now.
