And @ :48 Why is there 4 kanjis for 3 words? ("Caution" having 2 kanjis) I thought 1 kanji represents one entire word. Sorry, I am as new to japanese as you can be.
Can you refer me to a kanji explanation video of yours as well, or something that says how/why to write/say them? Thanks.
I love these everyday kanji lessons - they're very useful!
One request: Would it be possible to have these words spoken during the videos as well? It would be great to hear the correct, native pronunciation of these words as well as seeing the kanji. Not sure if that's possible, though, but I figured I'd ask. ^_~
Anyway, thank you for all the hard work that goes into these lessons - they're great! Keep up the excellent work at JapanesePod101!

@ 21 why is that read from left to right. I thought horizontal japanese is right to left.

0:27 why is there 投捨 instead of 投げ捨て? are both good?

@700
We Japanese often skip hiragana to emphasize and shorten the words.
You can also write 投捨て too.

So 投捨て is OK, too.
