Uhh... Yeah.

For the move "glitch", it appears to me that you have your character's "walking" sprites and your "slashing" sprites at different dimensions. Try making each frame of your walking image the same size as your attacking image.

if the slash thing ratty mentioned didn't work just try centering your sprites
