This video is hilarious. Wish I could go back there for some more Amsterdamage. I live in Southern California now, so it's kind of the same. Actually, there is a lot more weed in LA than there is in Holland, and the quality is the same, if not better. The Dam is rad though. Great stuff!

The people of the Netherlands are much more open minded than most here in America. It's a great city Amsterdam. People in most parts of the USA are to judgmental . We should adopt the soft drug / hard drug ideas worldwide. The war on drugs has failed.

of course Choclata is out of business. And yes those are bonbons at Puccini Bomboni. They are the best chocolates in Amsterdam - the Do Not have cannabis in them, the y are just very good , the best chocolates. They are located across the stratt from Grey Area.
word of advice. i came back 3 days ago. coffeeshops to check out are definetly de dampkring barneys siberie and amniesia. smoke some super silver haze pink kush amniesia haze oceans 12 haze and some cheese. best i could think of hope it helps
I wish the trams ran 24 hours a day! After midnight, you have to take the night bus. But you're right, people do get hit by trams occasionally. Usually, it's a tourist that can't handle their nederwiet or mushrooms.
They don't run 24/7 but you do need to watch out for them and know where the bicycle paths are. Stick to the walking paths and you'll be ok, trams are a good way to get around.

Rent a bike. It's a bike-friendly city. Public transportation is too crowded and walking is just plain slow not to mention tiring. Just be careful. I don't want your stoned ass to be killed by a tram.

Those "bon-bons at Chocolata" look suspiciously like the bon-bons at Puccini Bomboni! Too bad Chocolata isn't there anymore, eh? That was the second coffee shop I visited on my first trip to Amsterdam back in 1997. I just got back from my 8th trip last month. I've done the coffee shop crawl!

of course Choclata is out of business. And yes those are bonbons at Puccini Bomboni. They are the best chocolates in Amsterdam - the Do Not have cannabis in them, the y are just very good , the best chocolates. They are located across the stratt from Grey Area.

word of advice. i came back 3 days ago. coffeeshops to check out are definetly de dampkring barneys siberie and amniesia. smoke some super silver haze pink kush amniesia haze oceans 12 haze and some cheese. best i could think of hope it helps

I wish the trams ran 24 hours a day! After midnight, you have to take the night bus. But you're right, people do get hit by trams occasionally. Usually, it's a tourist that can't handle their nederwiet or mushrooms.

They don't run 24/7 but you do need to watch out for them and know where the bicycle paths are. Stick to the walking paths and you'll be ok, trams are a good way to get around.

When all the other coffee shops are closed and my body is still on American time I have smoke some weed and check my email. I have some favorites- Amnesia, Greenhouse, Barney's, 420 Cafe, Rokery, Katsu, Blue Bird, Dampkring, Twede Kamer, Sensi Seeds, Noon, Dolphins, Grey Area, Nescafe, Rookies and afew others. the rest of the shops mentioned in my song are the because I wanted to put as many shops in 1 song as possible. Dude, are you sure you were in the right place? I know how it can be in Amsterdam when visiting all the Coffee Shops. Arjan's shops have great weed and atmoshpere. I believe he has 5 shops now. The name of the coffeeshop is Greenhouse not Ariels and the name of the King of Cannabis is Arjan which you would know if you were there and had his Ultra Haze.
