  • If the Big Man gets prosecuted , one will have to say good buy to the fabric of society

  • fucking scum bag get a fucking job pay the fucking ticket.

  • What a little faggot !! "Poor me, I was attacked by a grown man ! WAHHHHHHH !! Typical little pussy who thinks he's a tough guy til some big dude starts slapping him around like the little faggot that he is. Know your place, you little gutless weasel....and pay the fuckin fare !

  • I BET THIS PIECE OF EXCREMENT MASTURBATES 6 TIMES A WEEK.

I WOULD LOVE TO USE A RECIPROCATING SAW ON HIM...I DONT MESS AROUND.

  • Just pay your fucking ticket, idiot

  • Bunch of freeloaders.

  • Cheers big man! LOL

  • Wee fair dodging prick i put up wie tagers like him all the time in glasgow.

  • he actually did have a ticket you dumbasses

  • Grabbed by a grown man?........NEWSFLASH!! AT 19 YOU ARE A GROWN MAN!

  • Poor young man, maybe the train company should pay him a million pounds in compensation, and possibly free train travel for life. I would suggest he gets off his idle backside, get a job, and buy a ticket like everyone else,

  • Cheers to the Big Man for helping out an OAP versus a cheeky wee welt. If more people were like the Big Man we'd have a better society.

  • both are jerks - kid is arrogant and pollock is redneck

  • @skeletovnikita You don't get rednecks in Scotland ya tit

  • @GaussCannonx3x are you his father or what?

  • @skeletovnikita No, just saying there is NO REDECKS in Scotland you dumbfuck.

  • @GaussCannonx3x well, i am pretty sure you are going to end in a car crash scottish redneck

  • I'd have decked the gobby little shit. If that stupid prick hadn't have filmed this, there'd have been no 'incident'. People should think VERY carefully, before the use their phones this way.

  • He deserved to be thrown off the train there is no question about that, if you don't pay for the ticket, you don't get on the train.

  • big fat fuckin bully.

  • @ddshane

Why you mad? You know its true. LMFAO at you.

  • @ddshane

Boo'ya you got done in nasty about the 19 year old kid with a lightly mustache

  • @dollazstarr Shut up. Boo'ya is a nonsense word, kinda like the nonsense responses from the two pigeons, isjet and redmaynes1.

  • The government is supposed to be cracking down on anti social behaviour, its actually a Policing priority in order to improve peoples quality of life. If CPS prosecute this they are idiots. If Scotrail support a prosecution they are idiots. Was the ticket porter gratefull of the intervention of the other guy, I bet he was.

  • I don't know why a lot of people consider a 19-year old "adult" a child.

  • And the haters prove that they're idiots. Firstly he paid for his ticket and secondly why the fuck do we care if someone takes a bit back from a greedy train company?

  • What that man did to this kid was disgusting. He had no right to put his hands on that child. If the kid did not pay his fare, then that man should have been mature enough to alert the driver. I'm surprised that no one called him a coward for that stunt he pulled. I guarantee that if the kid's parents were there, that man would have been ten times more respectful.

  • @ddshane Well you think they have time to this? The best thing maybe is to alert the police to go to the next station.

  • @isjet Reread what you just wrote. "Well you think they have time to this?" is not a complete sentence.

  • @ddshane Is it so hard to use your brain a bit? It is about the situation, don't you get it? If you complain about typing in youtube, you are a complete moron.

  • @ddshane what are you talking about?!

    1. what the driver going to be able to do about a person not having a ticket? See the old guy being sworn at? He's called a conductor, he checks tickets.

    2. 19 is far from being a child.

    3. I reckon that you don't use trains very often, because I'd have applauded big man for his actions.

    4. I also guarantee that if the chavs parents were there he wouldn't have spoken to the conductor like he did.

  • @redmaynes1 Suck my foreign cock.

    1. I think the issue is that I don't live in Europe, so I am not aware of the way things are done there as far as ticket-checking.

    2. In America, 19 is considered an adult age, but it is definitely not far from being a child.

    3. I don't think you would have applauded if the big man had thrown out a youngster in your family.

    4. Since neither of us can tell the future, no one can accurately predict how anyone will react in a particular situation.

  • @ddshane Charming response.

    1. Probably best to learn before you speak, wouldn't you say.

    2. Do you mean the America where this incident didn't happen? Cant imagine it would be any more welcome in your country.

    3. If a youngster in my family had spoken to anyone in the same way this kid did, I would have thrown him off the train myself. Then I would have made sure he apologised for behaving like scum.

    4. I predict that I despise people that behave the way this kid behaved.

  • What a prat.

  • Darwin was right. This douchebag wont be around long

  • whats truly disgusting imo is the majority of the publics reaction. i dont know what you ppl are like in the uk, but this type of violence is never acceptable in the us. in my country if you forcefully put your hands on another human being, youre gonna be in some real trouble.

also, for the ppl crying rivers about "bad words", grow a pair. first of all, examine the concept of bad words logically and tell me how much sense it makes.

  • @zegamingz There was no need for that little prick to act like that. If he had truly believed he had purchased the proper ticket he would have tried to talk about it in a mature and controlled manner instead of swearing. He's not a child, he's a man. I didn't behave like that at half his age. This arsehole got what he deserved and I'm glad he hurt himself on the way out the door too and I'm not ashamed to say that. Well done Big Man.

  • @NasalFloss

thats great. did you actually read what i said? nothing in your reply was relevant to my comment. i think you need to get a grip, because you sound like an unintelligent meathead just shouting randomly because youre upset. this whole ordeal has shown the rest of the world that the people of scotland, maybe even the entire uk, are a bunch of uncivilized, backwards thinking brutes. all youre serving to do is solidify that view.

  • @zegamingz I wasn't referring necessarily to any of the points mentioned on your post, I am merely commenting on the actual subject matter. I may sound unintelligent but I can assure you that I'm not. He was holding up the train, knew he was trying to pull a fast one, was willing to hold up an entire train and started swearing at an elderly conductor for no reason. He deserved to be ejected from the train and hasn't done himself any favours in the media here either.

  • @zegamingz Don't start on me. You have insulted an entire country with your reply to my post. If anything you're the one that sounds unintelligent by generalizing an entire country from a YouTube clip that isn't even 2 minutes long. I'm not upset, I'm telling it the way it is. I see and hear of people getting shot in drive by shootings in the U.S and involved in drug abuse etc but I don't make the assumption that you ALL behave like that. Can you understand that?

  • @mick1le2pick I hope you're being ironic.

But just in case you're not (i.e. your an idiot), at the time I wrote this, he looked likely to go to prison.

    Martyr n.

    1. One who chooses to suffer death rather than renounce religious principles.

    2. One who makes great sacrifices or suffers much in order to further a belief, cause, or principle.

  • @iMarc89 No charges were brought against him and rightly so.

  • The rude young man should be banned from using public transport, and the man who gently helped him from his seat should be given a medal.

  • Kids do't learn at home how to respect others and obbey laws, they learn it on the street, the hard way...

    He deseved it...

  • This is the reason why there are so many ignorant rude kids in the world today.

Why is this even a conversation? Is it really in the tax payers interest to wait for the police to come because this kid is an asshole?

He needed a good kicking and got one. Should have been the end of the story. Unfortunately the interview means that the only thing he has learned is that if he is an asshole there are people who will be sympathetic.

"The public" were the people on the train applauding.

  • No person or official from any transport company as the right to expel persons . It can ask for the person ID and give him a fine correspondent to the length of the journey were the person wishes to go . If and in case of any problem the official from the train must call law enforcement agents .

  • the little prick fare dodger will look back on this video in 20 years and see how wrong he was. Cursing in front of women with young kids, cursing in front of his elders........stay off the trains if you have no money you little toe-rag.

  • you are just an ignorant little prick. your "father" if you know who he is, is a liar as well.... a student??? yea, you may go to college (probably to vandalise it), Tell you this, if you do the same when I'm on a train, you'll get a good kick in the nuts. fuckin little runt.by the way, what happened to your face??? did you try stealin a handbag?

  • You deserved more than that you twat!

  • If this arrogant immature 'man' had a 'single' ticket for one way only, so he could not have had a relevant return ticket for this return journey. He was trying to pull a fast one, and didn't succeed. I have seen this several times on trains, and these mainly men, always argue and get abusive. The rail staff have every right to eject a passenger who has not paid. Well done Mr Pollock.

  • ian hems u r a lil shit who wud get knocked out !

  • "well done big man, ps. can i suck ur dick???"

  • guy who made the video is the biggest ass licking pussy i ever witnessed u pussy u well wanna suck bigmans dick! n as for big man why u fink ur hard coz ur fat? u had no right to intervene if the ticket man crnt do his job then thats his fault for being to old n should of rung the police to get himn off. big man is a fat scottish prik. well ur all scottish priks!!!!

  • @woody91z Sorry to hear about your recent brain damage.

  • @enjayresonance @woody91z I was thinking that as well! The words I thought in my head, are far too rude to repeat onto youtube though!

  • And the CPS / DPP say NO FURTHER ACTION!

  • What an ass that kid got what was comming. I would have helped kicked him off

  • @maz87efr, yeah only after big man got involved obvs u lil fag

  • Scumbag - the least he deserves. Why should we have to subsidise him because he can't be bothered to pay the proper fare. More common sense and less sticking up for those in the wrong who take the piss out of the rest of us and laugh why doing so

  • Stupid cunt thought he was untouchable. Boy got a big surprise. He got everything he deserved.

  • Liar, liar pants on fire, haha !!! Got what you deserved big mouth liar !!

  • Big Man did a great job. We need to get tougher on todays kids that think they cab do whatever they want and get away with it.

Plus it did maje me laugh. See in that kid think "oh if i just no long enough he will go away" then Big Man just pick him up like a stick.

  • should have called the police and fined him at the next stop, the guy that threw him off the train does not have the authority to do so...so its assault, might not like it, but that's what it is

  • Piece of shit.

    Nothing else to say.

  • Pay your ticket like everybody else... Little prick...

  • What a retarded brat. If he didn't pay for his ticket, and if the train's security guard is asking him to get off the train, then get off!

Even when the big guy is dragging him off the train, he struggles and has to be physically THROWN OFF. And then he tries to run back onto the train.

  • @Ayyyndrew i agree personally i have lost my wallet in multiple times in the past but this behavior is unacceptable i was 16 and i carried my self 30 miles on one occasion and another 15.3 miles. Be nice and polite and people might offer to pay your ride some might not even want to be paid back. i'm not even the fittest of men i'm 15 .125 stone. their is not much the staff can do but let you phone home or a phone a friend either to collect you or pay for a ticket down at the station.

  • @Confrontationify - Yeah exactly. Swearing and carrying on isn't going to help you gain any sympathy from your fellow passengers. That's why everyone cheered the big man when the kid was thrown off. There's usually people who are more than happy to help out, but if you act like that kid did, then no one is going to want to help.

Good effort to walk that far! There's been a few occassions where I've had to walk too, but it isn't the end of the world.

  • @Ayyyndrew It sounds like he did guy a ticket but they gave him the wrong ticket. He should have written down the persons name and asked them to call him instead of arguing.

  • What a little cunt, he was well out of order and was thrown off the train as a result, now he's not man enough to own up to it. Lying, soap-dodging, scrawny wee shit.

  • Just look at his face, that was the inspector who is responsible for that

  • The other guy is just a fat bully and the ticket inspector is not allowed to egg on the passengers to handle that boy the way he was, the ticket inspector should lose his job and the fat prick should be charged.

If it were me I would have kicked the shit out of him. I buy my ticket before I get on the train every time and I am treated like a criminal my inspectors before I even get on the train.

  • @garyc2 would you fuck have kicked the shit out of him Gary, you'd have wept like a wee bitch.

  • @goaroundgoaround No I would have gave him everything i had.

  • He paid for a return ticket but they gave him the wrong ticket. the ticket inspector never even give him the chance to enplane this as go is a typical arse hole U meet when u travel on these trains. If he would have let him enplane it would have been crystal clear he was given the wrong tickets as he would have two tickets going the one way that were given in the transaction that would cost more than the tickets he asked for which would make no sense.

  • The big man was wrong... youtube.com/watch?v=7GJCLJdier8

    :-)

    --

  • Fat fuck, trains should be free, i hate fucking jobs worths as well. people are pricks.

  • you got what you deserved!!! you theiving wee c**t ya got ur bag too guy threw it off the bus!! away and drink ur IRN BRU

  • @halfmach86 It was a train, lol, and Irn Bru is awesome.

  • it's neither your job nor your right as a civilian to throw people off the train. there is a time for civilian bravery, and this was NOT it. all i saw here is a big bully picking on a smaller guy. the train employee shouldn't waste his time trying to talk to problem passengers, just notify the police at the next train station. i've seen it happen in action, guy didn't have a ticket, next stop the police entered the train and solved the issue, no violence involved.

  • ian hems is actually a wallace and gromit character

  • he was given the wrong ticket, that stupid fat guy was a w/banker

  • stupid fat man

  • The pigheaded arrogance of this little prick is disgusting. And if he continues to get away with this kind of thing, the more of a bell end he'll become. So kudos to the big man. A martyr for the cause.

  • @iMarc89 lol you make me laugh,, you idiot.. "a martyr for the cause" - why defend the man playing hero? throwing a defenceless kid off a train, he has no right to do that

  • @iMarc89 how is he a martyr he is the fat blob is alive

  • Pollock should NOT have gotten involved. He was too heavy handed and the police should have been called. But who wants to sit on a train for 2 hours waiting in them arriving?

The way I see it, fare dodgers are about half the reason we honest rail users end up paying through the nose for ticket (because the rest of us do pay). If you went to a restaurant and ate the meal, you wouldn't then say, "Nope, I'm not paying." Would you? And if you did, you'd expect there to be consequences. The pighead

  • The big guy done well. The little shit would've sat there and not moved, holding everyone up, he was disrespected the old man, and if he did have a ticket, where was it? He was "distressed" ROFL sounds like he's had a word with his solicitor.. No ticket - no ride.

  • If his mother had taught him how to behave in the first place he would not be in the position he is now. What a miserable little shit this kid is.

  • Where does this so called "big man" stay? I will cut the fat fucker up!

  • You should sue the fat son of a slag for assault, cause that's what it was--assault.

  • shut up

  • What a tool - if you dont pay you expect to be thrown off - as for going back for his bag you can clearly see that another passenger throws it off the train before Sam tries to get back on.

  • Hey Sam....Fuck that fat fuckin asshole....He deserves to be arrested.....You're a better man than I...I would have gutted him right on that train...That fat fuck stepped over bounds acting like a big man.....You should have cut his throat.

  • @MrMoBidnizz mate, people like you belong in a zoo never mind being aloud on public transport !

  • @parkylol Mate. I have a car. I dont need public transport....Tell that fat fuck who was trying to play cops and robbers that he needs to lose some weight.Fat asshole.

  • @MrMoBidnizz who gives a fuck if he is fat ?

At least he doesn't want to cut someone's throat for something as petty as chucking them off for not having a ticket.

    that's just psychotic

  • @MrMoBidnizz "Acting" like a big man? Well, looks like acting worked.

  • he was fucked from behind

  • buy a ticket

  • do the bully fat boy. get his fat arse in court

he only got involved as he could bully the weaker guy.

he is not an employee or in a position of authority he should in no way touch anyone as its assault.

  • Why are people saying he is a kid 19 is not a kid i'm 19 and a man who can pay for a return train ticket.

  • Little turd... . Spare the rod, spoil the child.

  • Piece of shit ned, that is all he is.

Pathetic, but no doubt be gloating to get smelly local fanny. Go on mate, live the dream.

  • The kid's a punk, be prepared next time and have the correct ticket, you little asshole.

  • he could have caused some serious injury to the kid

  • @lamby908 people not paying for tickets raises ticket prices

  • @adyrulesthe666 No greedy companies raise prices. PS he did did pay.

  • @Starman117 actually no, and he didnt show a valid ticket hence the fat man throwing him off

  • @adyrulesthe666 and young kids driving cars and crashing them raises insurance you gunna go and beat them for that?

  • No ticket, no rights to be on what is public property. Therefore an operative of the railway or as seen here a designated member of the public can remove him from the property.

  • @lanzecki No a designated member of the puclic cannot.

  • I hope they prosecute the big guy for assaulting an innocent member of the public who paid for his journey. Hope the kid gets compensation for his attack.

I have much respect for the kid because in that situation I would have smashed the big guys wind pipe in as soon as he grabbed me.

  • Lying little cunt.

He knows he got what he deserves.

This country is fucked for even debating this non-issue.

He didnt present a ticket when asked, told the to conductor to fuck off when asked to leave the train, & apparently tried to trip the conductor also.

He tried to take a swing for the 'big man' when he was grabbed.

Big man just pushed him off the train..

Big man is a hero, and this country is fucked.

If i ever see this lttle cunt, i'll show him what real abuse feels like.

  • @CulturalMyths He tried to take a swing at big man, good for him! That is heroic, assaulting someone twice your size who's having an argument with a jobsworth really isn't. No he didn't try to trip the conductor that was the Mail making shit up. He swore because jobsworth had been aggressive for 10 mins. And I love how you hate him for loosing his temper and swearing when you've just said cunt twice, time for u to be thrown off youtube. Ps he did buy the right ticket, it's been proved.

  • @CulturalMyths And Alan didn't push him off the rain he threw him, he didn;t have to but he showed off and tried to smash his face in, he nearly succeeded and now he's in trouble, lets hope Alan realises just how small he really is after all this.

  • @Starman117 bullshit.

Big man was even trying to apologize to people whilst throwing this lowlife off the train.

If the cunt had a ticket, why didnt he show it instead of swearing.

    You twat.

Maybe one day you will find an intruder in your house, and I hope you dont get aggressive..

maybe ask him what he wants, and would he mind sitting down so you can call the police.

God forbid you should try to defend yourself or tackle him...

better to let him stab u in the gut.

  • @CulturalMyths He didn't show his ticket beause some idiot gave him 2 tickets in the same direction. He swore because jobsworth refused to listen and got agressive so he lost his temper. He is nothing like a burgler, those 2 situations are incomparable, and tackling a man with a knife unarmed is one of the stupidest things you can do. No Alan threw him deliberately and as it's been proved he had paid for the correct ticket, so kindly cease being libelous.

  • @Starman117 Even if the this is the case,

The simple fact is, Alan THOUGHT this guy was an abusive fare dodger.

    He WAS abusive anyway..

Either way, as fas as Alan was concerned, he was dealing with an obnoxious little criminal.

    Thats all

  • @CulturalMyths Yes he THOUGHT he was but he wasn't, Jobsworth was abusive first this was an argument that he should have stayed out of. You should interveen to stop physical violence and nothing else. And I would let Alan off by saying "his heart was in the right place he just made a mistake" IF he hadn't deliberately smashed his face onto the ground and come a inch away from suceeding in doing serious harm.

  • @Starman117 u twisted little turd.

You seem to be so sure Alan WANTED to 'Smash' his face into the ground.

    You have ZERO proof.

Just like you have Zero proof that the little turd didnt just get a friends sinlge ticket,so he had two, then pretend he had a ticket error.

Its clear whos side you are on , whether he is guilty or not.

Alan even asked the inspector' Do you want him off?'

Coz yes, He beleived he was an abusive fare dodger.

    Stop pretending to be neutral.

  • @CulturalMyths Alan didnt try to hit him once,

    Ulike your poor 'victim'.

Alan was apologising to the other passengers for the jostle.

Then Alan simplky pushed the boy out when he tried to get back on.

Why repeat myself to a slack arse one-sided clown like you.

  • @CulturalMyths No it's been confirmed Alan threw him, he didn't have to he could have just manhandled him to the door but no he threw him headfirst. Google search for confirmation re the tickets I belive the scottish herald has the story. Of course I'm on Sam's side, same as you're obvs on Alan's side. The inspector or course should have told Alan to sit down and shut up, that;s why he's going to be fired. This will be shown as an example of how not to handle ticket issues.

  • @Starman117 and if you have any idea about life at all, or how situations can develop, when people may have the best intentions -

You may understand, Alan used extra force..call it a ('throw', rather than a hard push if you must.) Becasue poor little sam wouldnt keep his ass off the train.

We can all see how alan didnt lay a harmfull finger on sam(even after defending himself from a fist), then had to use a bit more force to keep him off the train after he refused to stay off.

  • @Starman117 ahh.. and on repeat viewing, i can see why some people are trying to say alan blatantly 'threw' him..

Its becasue the boy was allready on the other side of alan, so he couldnt push him, only turn him first, then push..

what you may call a throw.

This is ridiculous, and you are full of crap.

  • @CulturalMyths Yeah I'd try to punch someone who assulted me and I bet you would to. You assult someone you deserve everything you get including being punched in the face. And if I'd bought a ticket and got thrown off you're damn right I'd try to get back on, as would anone else. Tho in my case Alan probs wouldn't dare come over and the fight would have been so much less one sided. And there's no reason Alan couldn't have stepped down onto the platform and manhandeld Sam with him.

  • @Starman117 lol..

    fighting talk..

    ok sir.

    anyway...

So its ok for you to break the law and sit on the train after youve been told to leave?

Even if you think you are justified, surely by your own application of doing things by the book, you'd get off the train, and file a claim later.?

this is your usual apporach you are applying to everyone else.: 'do it by the book' but sam is allowed to not do it by the book?

    lol..

  • @CulturalMyths No becasue once they have your money it's hours of wasted time to get it back, plus general inconvinience. As for by the book the train company has committed fraud by failing to provide me with the goods I paid for. As for the fighting talk I have no idea if I really could take Alan but I'm a lot bigger than Sam. I'm am sure I'm way beyond Alan's easy to manhandle ability. It would be a struggle if he could do it.

  • Comment removed

  • @CulturalMyths If I intevene to prevent pysical violence I'm not breaking the law. I would be if I use excessive force. Sometimes that can be tough to define but if I'm twice their size I'm going to be careful and smashing someone's face into the ground deliberately is always going to be excessive. I would say he had good intentions but he tried to do serious harm. He said himself he had lost it.

  • @Starman117 yes dear....

lets all be supermen and only use 'reasonable force' - never ever go 'too far', even in a heated moment when we are trying our best to do whats right, while the criminal is trying his best, and playing by no rules at all..

give the guy a break for gods sake.

    you live in a dreamworld.

    ridiculous..

    i'm done with this.

the only 'jobsworth' type I see here is you.

  • @CulturalMyths Ok he's not a criminal so be careful libel is a serious offense. Alan is not trying to do what's right and he made it a heated moment. If you put yourself in this situation you have to be willing to hold back. If you start a fight and it gets out of hand that's bad enough if you start a fight and it doesn't get out of hand and you make it get out of hand then that's criminal. And Alan threw him out headfirst, face down. Pretty clear intent. Ps you keep coming back.

  • @Starman117 And stop talking about 'Smashing someines face into the ground' as if it was alans intent.

    you stupid turd

  • Comment removed

  • @CulturalMyths No he got agressive, rude and refued to listen to Sam's expanation. Plus he broke all procedure, he stopped every train on the line for 10 mins for this one ticket. Scots rail will have been fined thousands for that delay. And to cap it all he started a fight. Why do you think he's in such trouble.

  • @Starman117 started a fight lol..jeez..

well we can asll see the video thanks..

so we dont need to listen to your twaddle anymore

    move along

  • @CulturalMyths

Alan: Do you want him off?

Guard (using the response that company policy dictates he should have used): Kindly return to your seat sir whilst I deal with this.

Guard (breaking all rules and procudures): Yes.

SO yes he started a fight.

  • @Starman117 you cant give anyone a break apart from your little boyfriend.

Yes, id be willing to give him a break if he really did hav a valid ticket, or at least attempted to buy one.

IF SO, then such is life, shit happens, we all go home and learn from it.

no one needs firing or penalizing.

  • @CulturalMyths If I break the rules at work I get in trouble. If I go way beyond my authority, cost the company loads of money and behave agrssively I could expect to be fired. Same thing. He did buy a valid ticket or rather he paid for one.

  • @Starman117 no, he pushed him hard..

becasue the nasty little shite tried to get bak on the train...

If Alan was such a beast, he'd have knocked his block off.

He simply tried to remove an abusive, rude fare dodger from the train.

    wat an asshole u are.

  • @CulturalMyths Sr. You are a cretin

  • I hope this wanker gets a cancer in his brain and dies

  • He is a gobby little oik ! His attitude and language to an elerly guard with a young family around is typical of so much of the youth today and he compounds that by sticking in a complaint when any person with any shame having behaved like him would just keep quite, I wonder what sort of home this deliquent bad mouthed sorry excuse of a young man comes from ? if I were his dad I would box his ears

  • @carbonbiped Yeah i mean one minute young people are demanding to stay on trains they've bought tickets for, next they'll be leaving shops with goods they've paid for, where will it end. Also you missed the 10 mins of elderly guard being abusive and aggressive before the camera got turned on.

  • the "big man" was just being a good citizen and that little shit deserved it

  • I'm the big man now MOVE!!

  • the train passengers were assaulted by your attitude buy a return ticket like everyone else you're an adult. Its a big bad world and we don't have to put up with your spoiled attitude.

  • Just a bit of prostitution going on in the background at 1:10

  • All the people backing up the immature brat are likely his uni/college chums. He got exactly what he deserved in fact i think he got off lightly. Swearing like that in front of children is showing complete disrespect. If I had been a father sitting there I would have been absolutely raging hes lucky he didn't get worse. Being thrown off the train was what he deserved. If the big man gets any kind of conviction against him i will be utterly disgusted. The boy should be charged nobody else.

  • theres quite a lot of people here saying that this student is a 'child' yet it is my understanding that in the eyes of the law an adult is someone who is 18 or over. This guy being 19 i'll let you make up your mind...

  • Thankfully the law is on the side of Big Man and the fact that he has been charged is a technicallity as there are injuries to the offender. Section 3 Criminal Law Act 1967 "A person may use such force as is reasonable in the circumstances in the prevention of crime". It was reasonable force - it's not like big man twatted him up and down the carriage now is it.

  • why should you pay to go on a train let the guy off if that guy grabbed me would of layed him to the floor

  • fuckin hell is Ian Hems on crack(0.34)?check oot the coke jaw on him!lol

  • who's the newsreader. shes hot

  • I'm glad he was removed from the train; and I'm glad he was hurt; he won't dodge train fares again.

  • be done, he refused to leave and you could clearly see the how angry the other pasengers where and the train is on a schedule, think of all the people that would be late to get home becauce of this prick

  • @timtom099 People late home becasue of this prick? I agree the guard is a prick. Why do you think he's been suspended, he stopped every train on the line for 10 - 15 mins for a single dodgy ticket. He'll have cost his company thousands in fines, and started a fight giving them shitoads of negative publicity.

  • @Starman117 all those things would have been avoided had that prick bought a ticket or got off the train when asked

  • @timtom099 Except that he did buy a ticket and if jobsworth had shut up for a minute and called the relevant ticket office like he's meant to the whole business could have been avoided.

  • @Starman117 well actually he braged about not having a ticket on facebook, but it depends which side you take,.

  • @timtom099 No he didn't, Ian Hems (the vid uploader) made that up when it became apparent it was far more complicated than he'd thought and his side was starting to loose the argument. I had a look and saw nothing. And even if he did say something it wasn't necessarily bragging. For example: I just got thrown off a train for 'not having a ticket' lol. Meaning he's trying to laugh off the experience but then Ian plastered his face all over the net to get his 15 minutes so the kid had to fight.

  • im sorry but all these people standing up for this guy are wrong, he didnt buy and tickets and braged about it on facebook, also watch the video again hes a cocky twat telling a clearly elderly train conductor to fuck off around children, hes told nicely to stop swearing and to leave, if he had left when asked nout would have happened, if this was a chav nobody would say anything but becauce hes goes to collage all the hipsters are defeding him, i dont agree with violence, but what else could

  • @timtom099 -nea offence &that dimtim or whatever yir name is but up here isny exactly like doon there,WEE AW FUCKING SWEAR UP HERE!Its no biggy,i have worked with English folk before&they aw think we are aggressive in nature cos we swear a lot&you will get aw the fannies on here saying"but he swore to the conductor"&that wiz wrong but c'mon to fuck here,he didny exactly fucking pish aw ooer the conductors shoes neither did he,a lot eh fuss fir fuck aw if ye ask me.

  • @Bdiddly1 if you could read, its quite simply to see my names timtom, ill let you in on a secret my last names McCrae, dosent sound to english now does it? and i agree alot of fuss over nothing, a lad with no ticket got thrown off the train, should be left at that. but the guys now pressing charges for assault etc which i cant agree with. btw i applaud your amazing abilty to type in a scottish accent, really i do no sarcasm :D
