  • add add a little water mist and ambient air so that your engine will have more horse power

  • feliz año mi hermano un saludos para ustedy su famili desde mexico espero que este año 2012 lo llene de proyectos y bendiciones

  • did you put a restriction in the Intake so the mix is as rich as possible? I just blocked the Intake with a Peace of plastic and Stuck the feed from the Bubblier into a Hole in the plastic this was my second try.... it ran way better but then it would not keep running I thought I did something wrong then I found my Booster pack was Dead LOL my dad stopped me from trying again because he has worked with Hydrogen and seen what it can do to you... Still going to try again...

  • Oh I see when I was doing this with a Wet cell and a 440cc Honda Engine I must have had a richer Mix. or there was Carbon in the engine from being run for several years on gas... Ill just have to try again I just had a booster pack hooked up to my cell and a Hot glued Salsa Jar as a bubbler but it Ran rough as you say it was probably too lean... Production is not high but in all the other experaments I have seen done this is so Hydrogen is the Problem it's two to One

  • A Cheap generator that is designed for Gasoline not HHO Advance the timing to 5 Degrees after Top Dead Center this is why the Engine is so hard to start Backfires and Runs ruff you are getting Pre-Detonation of the HHO Move the Mag Forward or get an engine you can adjust the timing on like a Small car Engine.

this is because Hydrogen has a Lower ignition range then Gasoline.

Timing will Solve all your problems See Wikipedia Hydrogen Safety

  • muy buen comiencen saludos

  • @regiomontano50 gracias

  • ONE QUESTION.... I know this model of generator... did you adjust the timing ? run so smooth with timing changed ?

  • how much HHO do you produce LPM ? ... what is the voltage and amps you use? i'm woring on a device here 2, pretty hard to cetup :P

  • It sound like its knocking are is that just the video? Being that HHO has a faster eginition than gas do you think that by adjusting the valves so they dont stay open as long would help?

  • @parrishstuckey1 thats just audio artifacts, there wasnt any knocking.

  • Retard the timing

  • @parrishstuckey1 its not the timing.

  • @isalandborg24 funny , I guess, hho units are reducing the need for fossil fuels.. not funny its awesome.. no paying for gasoline anymore :-)

  • ive played around with hho and small weed wacker motor . easy to retard timing on these types of engine with two bolt coil holder .just hone out bolt holes with drill and adjust pickup coil up or down left or right dep on engine . found that 2 stroke works best . runs higher rpms.used the rpms and cint clutch . to run stepper motor to run . hho generator . u want a 6 wire from an old printer. use transformer to change voltage going to generator.

  • in which part of the generator you connect your HHO supply?

  • @jhoniejr14 I normally shoot it in using a tube right near the butterfly, sometimes I use an intake manifold tap.

  • i think you have to adjust the timing because HHO gas has a different flash point then gasoline. I dont remember if you advance the timing or retard it. check out Zero Fossil fuel channel. thats where i saw the data about it.

  • @Davidbzm01 Zero looks at my data when trying to figure things out. And yes I would like to play with timing on this engine, but I dont have the money for the ignition system I want for it.

  • In theory with proper gearbox/transmission you can turn low amount of power from a small motor to turn a big alternator.. Cars do it with transmissions all the time to get raging power to rear wheels with torque convertors and transmissions..

  • doesn't sound like rotary engine

  • not sure if I said it did, but if I did, then the sound quality doesnt carry into the recording. It sounds different in person, It has a wierd exhaust reverb.

  • I'm just curious, and new to hho developement, why not just run a lil' lawn mower or weed eater motor that will turn a car altenator @ 1000RPM or whatever and just run an inverter for ac power??? If you can get an altenator turning fast enough to produce evergy for an inverter you won't have to worry about when trying to draw energy from your generator revving up and in turn needing a different volume of HHO.... Just a thought, I'm still in the process of getting a new (newer) motor to work wth

  • If you keep on working and investigating you will find out why. The simple version is the engine needs more fuel than is produced by its output... Well when you use a normal gasoline engine at least.

  • Nice work, but have you tried to take the power supply from your generator?

  • how much Kilowattage can a HHO generator like this generate? has anyone dyno'd an HHO setup and see how much work is actually done?

  • tests are on going, no one to my knowledge has answered that question, prelim data is complied, so for short, we're working on it.

  • So you running your hho through a carb, is this right?

I removed my float and needle valve then ran it direct, The air intake supplied enough air that the engine ran very smooth.

I'd like to chat with you further on your generator and storage system. Could we compare?

  • Ya, that made me laugh there for a minute too lol. Great job d3adp001. Keep it up EBN

  • EBN... excellent work! I have a question though, I heard D3 saying that his two cells were pulling 1150 watts at 140V to produce 5-7 lpm of HHO. I also saw in a previous video a setup where D3 was going to test a load on the generator. What exactly is the holy grail you guys are searching for? Is it to close the loop so to speak? I mean are you hoping to get the generator to power the HHO production so that it is essentially creating its own fuel?

  • well it was drawing between 12.5-16 amps at 115v ac, and that was rectified to 146-155v dc to the cells, but yes wattage is about right. And we can't give up the end of the story quite yet, the goal is to see how far we can take this, running the cell off the genny would be great, but its really not needed to get a certain mathematical point across. We will close a loop in a sense, but not that one. well at least we don't think so

  • You two are funny. :)

  • mix air with hho...this will slow down the burn rate

  • I am

  • I turn the engine spark off to purge the hho from the intake manifold and to get the air moving, this prevents the engine from exploding, after it turns over for a while I turn the spark on, it also clears the muffler, right ssc :P

  • ok, ok ... so yours still has a muffler and mine dont ... what's your point ??? LOL ...

yeah, I let a little hydroxy build up in my exhaust system and it blew the baffle right outta the muffler ...

but at least I did not have to chase down my oil filler cap !!!

  • I didn't chase it, that would imply I was running, it was more of a projectile motion study, calc the angle velocity, flight time etc, and locate it, after of course taking into consideration its loss of energy off the kevlar. :) At least i can put mine back together with no new parts, rofl

  • @d3adp001 What brand of resevoir and dryer are you using?

  • @WillSolvem Brand? I got them from greengasfuel, I guess that would be the brand, he makes them. I never thought of it as a brand, but guess it is.,

  • hey D3, we maybe better pick up the pace a bit ... a German fellow has gotten into the game ...

its an international competition now ... I aint gonna let that German beat me without putting up a fight !!!

    watch?v=N7U1xVQRd24

  • one step closer ... but not running at full speed yet ... so you aint caught up, let alone kicked my butt ...

think you might be falling behind out there on the left coast ... you need me to use my frequent flyer miles to come out there and give you hand ???

  • I am using half the cell surface area, so there

  • when you were talking about having the engine turned off and cycling it your audio blanked and it sounded important so you might want to add that to the comments section.

    Great video in all.
