Why are you wearing a female top? Have you seen what male belly dancers from the Middle East wear for their performances? They don't wear feminine attires. However, I admire your grace and musicality. Your isolations of hip, waist, and rib cage are very fluid and rhythmic. Good job.

Because I feel like I'm not close to that image but people everywhere keep telling me as a bellydancer that I'm actually skinny, some have said i should put on some pounds. Here's my thing: I started going to the gym not to lose weight and thin out my body, but to define my body structure and strengthen my core especially for shimmy walks and my broken turkish backbends. When i first started dancing i was very very skinny, but with the life and that shit i kinda just said fuck everything and ended up gaining alot of unwanted weight.
