@GtaCd321 Turbo Prop engines are basically jet engines that use their inner shaft to move a propeller instead of using exhaust gasses to propel the aircraft forward. This means extra care should be given to what kind of stuff might go into the engine, like debris from the runway, or even rain. For this reason the engine's intake pipe has a 90 degree bend before reaching the engine, air can turn easily but not debris or water, a vent helps that stuff fly out using it's own inertia.
@GtaCd321 When you activate the Inertial Separator you are opening a vent in the intake system that allows larger, heavier stuff fly out of the intake system using it's own inertia. Air being able to move easier and lighter can continue to move through the intake system free of debris or heavy moisture. Even so, activating the Inertial Separator causes a drop in air pressure in the intake system which causes that drop in engine power. This information is what was explain to me.
@Peacekeeper2403 Thank You very much for your time and for sharing your vids on youtube and for explaining to me thé ínertial separator.. MERRY CHRISTMAS
@motokid032 Thanks, as for the Sim, what simulator are you using that makes you miss FSX? As for FSX default planes, I'm getting more and more annoyed by little details that are completely off. For example, on the caravan, the switches on the left panel used to turn on the engine and electronics don't all work properly, forcing me to use hotkeys or other means. I also like to fly the Maule Orion but every time I have to bank and look out to the side I am met by the ailerons moving the wrong way.

@Peacekeeper2403
I've been flying X-plane 9 for 4 years now..Great simulator, but I loved the cockpits in FSX, more realistic.
