Kaname just seems like more the kind of person to caress Yuki that way...and the kissing of the hand shows how she admires/loves the person. And ///potential spoiler/// Yuuki really loves Kaname and is grateful to him for all he's done for her, and idolizes him. Yeahh....definitely Kaname-sama.
