you don't seem to understand what the word "random" means...the testers and NOT the boxers decide when and how many times testing takes place (they could be tested 50 days to the fight or even not at all). This is ensure that the boxers have no idea when they will be tested and how many times they will be tested. If pacroid didn't have a problem with 14 days why didn't he agree to it the first time. Pacroid had no problem fighting de la hoya @ 147 (because de la hoya hadn't fought at that weight in 9 years) but forced cotto to drain down to 145 to defend his 147 pound title (pacroid is the only boxer in the world who is doing this). He tried to get mosley to drain down to 142...mayweather will do full random tests anytime and fights people at their most comfortable weights...corrales, de la hoya, baldomir, castillo, hernandez etc were all at least 10 pounds heavier
