@awna88 you sir/ma'am clearly don't realize that people serving/waiting on you are not your personal slaves... they are human beings that should be shown respect. quit being a smug ignorant jackass and realize you are talking to people not robots...
@awna88 Don't worry you'll be joining us when mom and dad can't afford to pay your college tuition and your credit card debt doesn't allow you to obtain a proper Student loan. Or even better, when you graduate and get that paper, and they aren't hiring people so you've gotta make that money
the ice tea-diet coke happened to me so many times-I hate when they pretend to be so busy they won't pay attention to you - I would make them to write and sign everything they say
I bet some of these people are laughing their asses off at this video not realizing that they are the ignorant people who treat waiters/waitresses like that.
I work in a local diner that does quite well and is quite popular; even "hip", I guess; and we refuse to put up with shit like this. We just point at our "We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason" sign and they usually either behave or leave. Most of the time, they stay and shut up. We have a "cool" reputation and we get lots of sheep in who turn the place into a dog show. So be it, though... it keeps us in business :)

if you dont like they way customers act... maybe you shouldn't be a waiter then? I was a waiter for years and I loved all the customers. They are kinda like children. Just love and be patient with all of them and you will enjoy your job ALOT more hahaha
@slickvic2020 sorry man but no servers like the way all customers act, especially like the ones in these videos. no matter how nice you are, there are days when ass holes and morons are going to drive you absolutely nuts.
@noedalmxy I have no idea what "the cheese factory" or "the Palm" is. No one signs my paychecks homey and I won't embarrass you with why I go by foodserver. I have no idea at all with what your problem is with me but if it's jealousy, your instincts are good. I didn't get where I am with your attitude but I'm guessing you've gotten where YOU are with your attitude. Keep it up. I want that for ya...

The answer to "whats good" is, "what I like probably isn't that important sir, but I CAN tell you what our regular customers usually order"The message I hope people get from these videos is not 'gee what fun it is to bitch about various scenarios" BUT, since WE KNOW THIS IS GOING TO HAPPEN, WHAT CAN WE DO TO MINIMIZE IT'S IMPACT ON THE REST OF OUR CUSTOMERS! (I instruct the hostess to seat children in my station when I get a "camper")
