  • LISTEN evey1, There is no 'Secret' of how to get huge & toned like Dwayne Johnson & many other muscular guys..BUT, to get to their levels, you have to train like a beast which i'm sure you all do occasionally for yrs...if you look at Dwayne Johnson, he has been working out for over 20 Years! You should look at yourself in the mirror & think to yourself "hmm, i actually look good" & you will get there, the most important thing about bulking up is Patience. 4 yrs minimum to get a good size going.

  • 2-3 rep range doesn't provide a defined physique. This sort of rep range is for strength and power which is generally associated with getting bigger...not getting toned up. This would be, as already stated, a much higher rep range.

  • loved watching this great info and comparisons but 2 queries:

    I think he would work in the 6-12 and 15-20 rep range rather than the 2-3 rep range. (for mass and definition as well as a lot of cardio)

    Second, pretty sure he's on steriods but obviously there's no proof either way.
