They're different. and people like different things.  This song is not suppose to give you the same feeling as the original. This version is more upbeat and gives you the experience of new age jazz mixed with vocals. The combination is nice and relaxing. George Michaels version has more feeling and meaning and really hit the nail on the head when it comes to the actual subject of the song. This is just a cool rendition.
