Can you cut (split) a video clip from anywhere you want? unlike windows movie maker that lets you cut clips. but you have to go back and delete that part of the video just to do so -.-

Preset : Custom

File format : AVI

Resolution : 1280 x 720 - HD 720p or 854 x 480 -YouTube HQ

Frame Rate : 25.00 [Standard]

Works really well - Hope this helps
