i spent a lot of time in iloilo when i'm in p.i., pero real food tripping in the philippines is in BACOLOD. excellent value for money !!! i travel extensively and i know what i'm talking about... ok if you have extra money, hongkong is an option.

There is a saying "You've never been to Iloilo if you missed Breakthrough" Maybe you did, but not completely. I traveled there last summer with a friend and Iloilo is awesome--nice food everywhere you go. The gastronomy capital of the Philippines.
