Are you referring to the 2nd Amendment? Because if you look at the text, it says quite plainly that the right of Americans to bear arms shall not be infringed. Gun control laws DO NOT infringe this right. It only makes more dangerous weapons (which, by the way, weren't even contemplated at the time the Constitution was written) not freely available, and makes it harder to get a weapon. The right to BEAR ARMS is still absolutely there.

Are you referring to the 2nd Amendment? Because if you look at the text, it says quite plainly that the right of Americans to bear arms shall not be infringed. Gun control laws DO NOT infringe this right. It only makes more dangerous weapons (which, by the way, weren't even contemplated at the time the Constitution was written) not freely available, and makes it harder to get a weapon. The right to BEAR ARMS is still absolutely there.

Obama was born (allegedly) in 1961 and has released a certificate of live birth, NOT the same as a birth certificate. The document he's provided was produced by a laser printer (circa 1969 Xerox) on a form, with a revision date of 11/01 - 50 years after the fact. The president's lawyers got the state of hawaii to make a special exception to the law - state law says original archived birth certificate copies are not to be removed from the archives for photocopying simply because conspiracy nuts think the official copy is "short form". Just like requesting your drivers license or social security card, the government issues a copy. What was released was a scanned copy of the archived copy. Don't fall for the republican lies.
