  • This is incorrect. There is study after study to show that conversion of ALA to EPA/DHA is minimal. I agree with the mecury toxicity but getting a good supply of EPA/DHA is so vital. i reccomend a good fish oil along side the diet he is advocating.

  • No clement, you might be cleansing, but not thriving. Mercury is very minimal in fish. I have friends in japan that say that the reason ginger and plants are served with fish are to cleanse the digestion of the these fish, such as any trance amounts of these elements. I agree with him on chicken but not fish. fish is the only meat I eat because I have seen proven beautiful results on a plant based, fruit, fish diet. I don't even put fish in the same category as " animal meat" anymore.

  • Anything that Dr. Brian Clement speaks about should be taken seriously. He speaks from years of research and has cured thousands of people from supposed terminal diseases naturally. He walks the talk. That is more than I can say for many mainstream doctors.

    I agree with you. many people ignore facts and truth and go against logic because they want to justify eating addicting deadly foods. it's ignorant for someone to dismiss information and call it lies because they want to continue eating toxic foods.

  • The problem with his advice is that chia seeds, hemp seeds ect. are not long chain and might not be converted at a high percentage into usable omega fatty acids. And he doesn't even talk about this...

  • @todayisthedaytolive he does talk about this in several of his lectures,particularity that sprouted chia seeds are in his oponion the best source of omega fats

  • I can tell by your droopy eyes you don't eat fish or get enough omega-3 fatty acids and oils in your diet. If you intergrade herbs and and healthy organic plants with the diet , the alchemy of these foods will prevent any mercury from harming you.

    Did you know this why they serve ginger with you Sushi ?

    I dont eat chicken or other four legged animals, just fish and eggs once or twice a week.

  • These meats are only unhealthy because they are fed CORN.

    We are meat eaters, we produce Hydrochloric Acid in our bodies.
