I'm a 16 year old Dane and boy do this bring back good memories:) I remember when we (my brothers and me) got our first PS2 around 8-9 years ago along with a disc full of demos this being one of them. Since I was only about 7-8 years old, I couldn't understand anything but a few sentences. Boy it's fun to watch it now when I'm pretty much fluent in English.
i very much like ratchet and clank... it has been thought out well, it has buy weapons, skillpoints, its a advencher sort of game, the backgrough is very well done, the story lines the best!! its just grate, it is mixed up from so many other typs of game advenctcher/rpg/seu and more

I always thought it was the second game, with James Arnold Taylor voicing Ratchet. Now I've realised it's THIS game, the first one, with Mikey Kelley. HOW could I mix them up? They don't sound anything like each other!
@favoritencent the game is the first 1 and then going commando followed by up your aresenal and then followed by and unrelated but fun game deadlocked.
here is a nice trick if you need bolts. what you need is the taunter and that make yourself to robot thing. go to the first hover race and play it. Turn to a robot and go where a lot of crates are use the taunter and you get a lot of cash. just put a book on the o button and let it stay for a while. RICH
The frame rate seems a bit chugged in this particular video, so I couldn't enjoy it as well as the other ones. Maybe it's just my computer, but I doubt it - anyone else been experiencing this?
No. Well technically, yes - you need the Thruster Pack, and you need to tap R1 twice if I remember and you will be hovering. But it's not technically strafing as you cannot shoot or run fast with it. So no not really.
Bad luck for you 2, my PS2 is still running since I bought it in 2001. I used it vertically, which explain why it still works. Probably going to to do the same thing with the PS3.
Ther is a part in Metropolis when(after finding a gold bolt in a big grey/white building near fitness course) you take the taxi to your ship. When you are flying near the train station, on a top of the buiding(one of the twin buildings) there is a working swingshot target. If you use it, you will fall(and die). I think that it was placed there when the level was in its early stage and was not deleted.
P.S.If anybody else knows about this...secret of some sorts, please tell me!

You have to beat the game, and when you play it again with all you weapons, it's in a goodies section in the menu
