i think frerunning should branch into styles. my style is to get from point a to b as fast as possible. im not into flips. today i ran so fast i fell but thats the price i pay and i want to be able to transcend the city landscape and really champion my style. i dont like showy for myself, this vid is amazing but i am more into getting from a to be fastest, using city parts to propel myself faster. sprinting is neccessary but when you cant sprint you have to run.

Let the dude do his thing and stop worrying so much about putting it into a box or pointing out what it isn't. It's Movement; pure and simple. People have been doing it since the beginning of time when there was not sub-classification or etymology for it.

Parkour/Tricking/Freeruning/Ur­ban Trekking(etc). Would be alot better off if people would focus more on pushing themselves and the Movement further instead of pushing each other down.
