To play a ROM file, you need an emulator. The best SNES emulator out there, IMO, is ZSNES. SNES9X is also worth mentioning. Try them both and see which one you like better.

I made at least 10 attempts, probably a lot more, before making a successful video of me beating him in my record time. He has 2 different attack patterns, and only 1 of which can be beaten in record time. I was ready to pull my hair out, so you can imagine my excitement when I finally did it. I hated this game after making this video.

Yea, it's about finding the patterns of the opponents' punches. 99% of the time they have a routine and there are ways to punch them before they can even start punching or using special moves that will cut down the time tremendously. Notice in this one how the clown didn't even get to punch. Dodging hurts your time in SOOO many ways. i culd only get nick in 41, but over this xmas break i'm going to try to get a personal record

mad clown & super macho man are the hardest people to get a quick KO on. they both have very random moves that make it impossible to do well.

You guys make this look soooo easy. Too bad though. I like punishing them to the mat. Not very fun if you kick his ass in 10 seconds and win the game 1/2 hr after you bought it. Kinda like using cheat codes the first time.

You make it seem like this game came out last week. It's not like using cheats, it's no different than playing a racing game and trying to get the top score. It's hard to get the best score which is why it's fun to try. You have to realize not everyone shares your idea of what's fun or not.
