this is nice, but i hope you have a heavy (120lb) bag in the open somewhere. it gives a real advantage to getting your timing down, as the bag can be treated somewhat like a person when it sways

I actually started praying (read that again), when Fedor was loosing to Arlovski. It actually looked like that fight was gonna go to decision. Fedor is really something else. A person beyond his time, he's like a fighter with secert techniques from 100 years from now!

If you are talking about me, I've never fought a "modified MMA rules fight", and I've never been KO'd in an MMA fight. My two professional losses in MMA came by referee stoppage due to ground & pound, and what was recorded as submission via armbar.
