it's not as hard as it looks, it does take practice but its just a routine and you hit box is SUPER SUPER SMALL like not even kidding its one pixel. just takes practice.

y'know what would be awesome cool? If your bullets and the boss' bullets could also hit each other, and each hit made a small explosion. You'd have yourself a real Macross background with every battle. not to mention a FUCKING chance.

Done in Dodonpachi Daifukkatsu which is from same developers. Of course, the bullets don't explode, they will be just destroyed.

Once you play a little you get used to it. I play imperishable night on nightmare difficulty. You just have to concentrate on the center point of your ship. If that doesn't get hit, then you'll be fine. That goes for most insane Japanese scrolling shooters.
