@snowboarder997 You have to goto Options>Controls>Advanced, tick Developer Console, and then start a game, and type "thirdperson" in the console. You could also kill yourself "in-game" with a rocket launcher.

U Do Not need HL2 Or CSS to play this Read the Desc on Stream of Garry`s Mod and Garry`s Mod 9 U see its differnt.

@CoolTom1337 I think you need to download a skin of blu scout from the internet and the install it. I dont know how to install skins but I'm sure there is video's that show you how on Youtube and other sites. Hope this helps you and thanks for the comment. :)

@SuperShadowMario101 I don't know for sure, but maby its just because the host doesn't have the skin that you have (in Your case Mario) and due to this you can't use it. I'm not a Garry's Mod expert so someone correct me if I'm wrong. Thank-you for the comment.
