What's the point of structs? It just seems like a lot more typing. I don't see how in the future I will be using this, and I find it dangerous going into another tutorial not understanding something. ;-) Thx
WTF ?! Is it me or you? But how can your account/budged drop from $1000 to $780 if you exchange just $100 !?!? You said u wanted to exchange $100. So why do u subtract another $120 then ?? i just dont get it.
@axel1973w , oh now i got it. you did TWO seperate transactions there. i missed that point. u pulled $100 and then pulled another €100 off your account. GOT IT NOW!
just saying.. but you are very helpful with the fundamentals to objective-c. since i already have a background in a few different languages including c++ im noticing how similar they are. making it much easier for me to pick up this language. thank you for taking the time to produce these videos. i subscribed :)
Top set of videos for new comers and others migrating from other languages...thank you. In this one, is there a particular reason you use the 'double' data type for the budget and euroTransaction variables rather than just float?
now i am sure that you are actually just doing whats done in "Objective C for Dummies"....and thats great because you make the 500page book reli easy to understand....so thanks again
so glad that I found this. Much of x-code basics is similar to C# and Java so a lot was review for me. Can't wait for your the tutorials on objects and methods.
This is one "public" video. =p

@Bhayla Glad to know you like me summarizing the book. Its nice for me to have a guide to teach the lessons, and not just going over random stuff.
