No he got it right. If you listen closely, the guitar in this song (like many of FYS's songs) plays in time with the double bass drums in order to create that sound unique to hardcore. So if the notes play in time with the drums, it's probably right.

the entire thing is wrong in the beginning there are 4 green and red notes and if you actually knew this song you would know that there they actually strum the 6 string twice, so instead of 4 green/red it should be 2 green and thats just one error

If you're talking about the first four notes, then you're wrong. If you're talking about another section, you need to be more specific. Referring to this chart as a whole, I only noticed one mistake that I made, and it's at 1:29 (the first three G notes are higher than the rest).
