Dont Buy A Boxster Unless Your Super Rich If YOu Think Your Going To PAy Sticker ANd AS long as you maintain the car everything will be alright then your in a dreamworld PAL The CAveat of owning One of these beautiful machines is the repair bills which will easily bankrupt you, Parts Are few and far between and very expensive A 00 Boxster Transmission automatic Used Is 3000.00 with no warranty and 10yrs old? Porsche Wont Even re Build There Own Transmission, UNless You Ship It BAck To Germany?

my boxster nightmare, i have a 2000 with less than 100,000 miles the transmission already is toast, and its my wifes car, 8,000 to replace what a joke, dont buy one of these cars unless your prepared to spend much dinero..this isnt an old 81 porsche where the drive train lasts forever this a 2000 plus porsche and all they want is your money,

@shortsyndicate1 either learn how to drive, or learn to remember to service your car, i have a 2003 boxster S with 115,XXX on it, i drive ALOT, and my tranny is just fine

Hey I'm thinking about taking the plunge and buying an '01 boster (all I could afford) but I've never been in one yet, I'm 6'0 200lbs, will I fit?

I'm 6'2" at 220 and I fit just fine. I can't quite get the seats back as far as I want because I like to drive really laid back ... a bad habit. The Cayman S is very comfortable and after a full day at the track I was feeling just fine .. no cramps.

I don't know about those LED lights. Still great looking, updated 550 and 914-6. The early interiors were a nicer fit and feel, IMO. I thought the new style would grow on me after a couple thousand miles of driving but it hasn't. The M96 was a great engine but the 9A1 looks to be even better.

Yup, and it looks stunning. Only subtle changes need made on a car that is close to perfection. The front of the Boxster now resembles a Carrera GT. LOVE IT!

The Porsche still has the upper hand in handling & fun to drive... But if I were in the market for a sport car, I'll go for 370Z because it is also a great car & gives you more value for the price than the Boxster :-)...
