@PaauMicca it dependes on how much viewers the show will get. I personally hope it will be some more. CW should make more, cos they get a lot of cash from it. Unfortunately they don't count non-American viewers, and lets be honest - this show is loved everywhere, eg. I'm from Poland.

So yeah, I think there will be 3rd season, cos it still has viewers, but it can change very easily, so it could be the last one.

I was the same way. Damon was my favorite character from day one. I will be his fan until the very end. Even though I saw potential with D/E at the end of Friday Night Bites, I wasn't really a shipper. But from Bloodlines to Fool Me Once, all the chemistry explosion converted me big time.

I believe it should be out in Dec of this year. it was on LJ Smith's website. I am almost done Shadow Souls and cannot wait until the next one come out. It is nice though that the show is different from the book, but I am with you on hoping that Elena and Damon stay together.
