Quite amusing how Ookami can be interpretted as both "Wolf" and "Great God" Depending on how its written.

In the game, Ookami is written as "Great God" though using a wolf for Amaterasu's incarnated form plays on the pun.

The game is sad. The songs are perfet awsome game full of hope and gods. Truth is i'm part chiness and china is close to japan and the game is made from japan mythalogy so the songs, game and story is telling you something and I understand it. What i'm trying to say is that all you got to do is open your heart and try to think about the gods and pray sometimes and make it so that you will have a great life.The game tells a story.

I love this boss theme, hell, I think its the best I've ever heard. Why? Because almost every other final boss theme I've heard is usually dark and epic. The sense of hope and...optimism that you get from this song makes it truly unique and powerful. It actually makes you feel that you're about to absolutely pulverise Yami, it symbolises that now Amaterasu has the upper hand, now she is a "true" goddess.

@Chibispore It makes sense. Up until that point the battle theme was very dark and ominous, Yami obviously believed he had the upper hand, and in truth he did. by herself, Ammy was a fair bit weaker than Yami, and she had to fight desperately against him just to stay alive.

But then, when the entire world prayed and gave her their hope, and filled her with power...Yami knew he wouldnt be able to stop her. At that point it wasnt just Ammy fighting against him. It was the entire world
